will the satori smart broadcast accurate power, cadence and speed data at any chosen resistance level?
for example, will it be possible for me to increase manual resistance while maintaining bicycle gear and pedalling cadence and have an accurate power increase displayed on zwift?

It will display “accurate” power data at any of the resistance levels. You can increase the manual resistance and if you keep the same cadence and gearing you will be putting out more watts.
I also have a Satori Smart and have done this to simulate hills, but when I moved the resistance level down it seemed to throw off the calibration of the trainer.
