Hello out there.

I have just godt a Tacx Neo Bike ( Smart Bike) ,I use some Zwift Workout witch is made from my personal trainer by Traning Peaks. When the ERG mode is “on” I can´t use the shifters on the Bike, and the Bike is running in a really really heavy fashion. The screen on the bike is turn off, and getting dark. When I turn off the ERG, the screen turn on, I can see the gear level and I can use the gear shitftes…

Can anyone explain what to do.

Updated to latest firmware in tacx app?

Just update both Zwift and the bike and see if the problem still exist.

But generally why would you want to shift gears in erg?
