Tacx Neo and Erg Mode for Emily's Short Mix Workout

Hi All in Zwiftland,

I love the platform, love the software just have a little issue with my Tacx Neo at the moment.

I wanted to know if there is a way to fix the resistance in ERG mode when in a zwift workout with my tacx neo. My gears (10 spd ultegra) start from the small chainring in the 3 min warm up, and then I quickly switch it to a 50 x 19 to begin the workout and there the trouble begins. During the workout, the ERG mode starts off pretty good, but then puts such resistance my gear during the 1 min rest that I can barely turn the gear over. I"m doing like 68-70 RPM (definitely not spinning out) and this hard resistance applies to any gear I change to. So I’ve had to do this workout without ERG mode on.

Sounds like the spiral of death!
But why change gears in ERG mode. The trainer changes resistance so you don’t have to change gears. Ride the whole thing in the 50-19. But you have to keep going 10-15 sec into the rest period until you feel the trainer decrease the resistance.
