Tacx Neo with zwift cog?

I have a tacx neo (not 2T) that works without any problem. I have a 10 speed shimano cassette on it. Now i want to put my tribike (canyon speedmax) with 12 speed sram casette on it. Is it possible to put the zwift cog on the tacx neo? Is there any possibility to put a 12 speed sram cassette on the tacx neo? Any other solutions to put my speedmax 12 speed sram on the tacx neo in zwift?

You can purchase a freehub for the Neo that will accept 12 speed cassettes.

The Cog will physically go on your trainer, but your trainer doesn’t support Zwift’s implementation of virtual shifting, so you would have a single speed.

If your Neo has the type 2 axle, this should work:

Double check the axle type before buying. There is a link in that page that tells you how, or ask Garmin support.

Same.
I strongly wait for Garmin/Tacx update so that I will use my click (still on my desk) with my Tacx Neo OG.
Pending this I switched to Wahoo Kickr Core …
Please Garmin, engage !

from the sounds of it, they will only engage when they allow the zwift cog to work on other programs.

Not on the neo 2 , Tacx made the neo2t for it. I have the same problem, but… On the neo 2 you can put a campagnola 12 speed. In my opinion this should work, but I haven’t tested it before

Hi @Henk_DE_SCHEPPER,

This is Haziel part of the Zwift Support Team, we value that you share your interest in the Zwift Cog and our products.

Let me confirm that there is an incompatibility between the Tacx Neo and the Zwift Cog, even if we bypass the hardware incompatibility the barrier of the software will stay there, for more information about the trainers compatible with the Zwift Cog and Zwift Ride please check this article Zwift Ready compatible.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out at support@zwift.com.

Could you please explain what you mean?
