Tacx neo 2t with cog

Hi guys, will a v1 cog work in the tacx neo 2t? I’ve read somewhere that if you have Click you don’t need the cog for virtual gearing, can someone explain?

Thanks in advance :stuck_out_tongue:

You don’t need a cog at all for virtual gearing. Just use your normal cassette.

Thanks! Just wanted to make sure

you also need to make sure the trainer is running the latest firmware to enable virtual shifting

… and connect the trainer via Bluetooth (not ANT+).
