I have an T2010 Tacx I-Genius Multiplayer trainer but I cannot connect it to Zwift as a controlled trainer, only as classic one without resistance in the app. I have the latest firmware. Can help?
That trainer is not compatible with Zwift as a controllable trainer. It will only work as controllable with the Tacx software. Tacx are doing a limited swap out programme (there is a charge) to change old Genius trainers for the new Tacx Genius Smart T2080, you should contact them.
The swap means. you buy the T2085 (print) and install it by diy. Costs EU: 250 euro.
