System crashing

Zwift crashes when I try to save a ride. I’ve been running windows 7 and have just installed windows 10, I haven’t riden on windows 10 yet but even watching is now crashing. System info is as follows, any help would be gratefully received.

Hi Alan,

I’m going to create a new ticket for you but the integrated graphics of that AMD A6-3410MX processor is on the very low end of what MAY work with Zwift.

It would most likely be a driver issue with the upgrade to Windows 10. We’ve seen this happen often with older graphics processors and Windows 10, unfortunately.
