While riding today the program went black but I could see the top row that gives the metrics. The miles though said -1. I pressed Esc and I did get the save box which I pressed but it appears I lost 1.5hrs of riding. The ride does not show up on my summary. I restarted and then rode for 5 more min and that worked fine. I guess something happened and the program crashed.

Please send in a support ticket and include the log file of that ride (Documents > Zwift > Logs). You can also upload your .FIT file of that ride to Strava since it saves it prior to crashing (Documents > Zwift > Activities).
