This is Jose from Zwift support. In addition to what @Steve_Dean said, it seems like this issue might be related to Strava’s activity grouping settings or the time synchronization on your device. Here are a few steps you can try:
Check Strava’s Group Activity Privacy Settings: Strava has a privacy setting that controls activity grouping. If this is set to “Followers” or “Only Me,” it may prevent group activities from showing. You can adjust this setting to “Everyone” in your Strava account under Privacy Controls.
Ensure your laptop’s clock is accurately synchronized. Even a slight time discrepancy can cause issues with activity grouping. You can enable automatic time synchronization (NTP) in your device settings.
Since you’ve already unpaired and repaired Zwift and Strava, double-check that the pairing process was completed successfully and that both accounts are linked properly. Let us know how it goes, I kindly share this forum with a similar case.
