Starting riding with someone else

Hi,

I have connected with a friend in the companion app and can see them as a rider “near by” when we are both on the app.

How do I make sure we are both on the same ride. Do I select the route first and then request to ride with him. Or does he need to select the route as well?

You can create a meetup with him.

Meetups let you ride with up to 50 of friends that follow you in Zwift.

What’s nice is that during the meetup, you won’t see other people on the same road because your Meetup is in your own bubble.
