I don’t remember precisely when, but three times now, Zwift has been freezing mid ride. I don’t remember what exactly I might have been going on when the first one happened, but for the last two, it was when I was going full-screen on the window, and leaving full-screen, respectively.
I haven’t seen any other reports of this. Has anyone else seen this happen recently?
I haven’t seen that or heard other reports about it recently. Which macOS version is it, and is it up to date? OS updates are the only way to update the video drivers in macOS which is what I would suspect first based on your last two freezes. You might try contacting support@zwift.com to see if they have any ideas. They can look at your game log files.
Thanks for that. Interestingly, while I don’t remember the precise date that I did this, within the last month or so I updated to Sonoma, which is the most recent version I believe.

Additionally, when the game is crashing the easiest solution is usually following the fresh install procedure! You can perform it by following the steps in this article.

It still happens from time to time. The way I’ve found to fix it (although not permanently) is to unplug and replug my Kickr Core. Classic help desk 101 stuff I guess.
