Since the update my controllable Tack New 2T is not recognised at all by Zwift… like it’s not there - help?!
It would be helpful to know what software platform are you using? PC, Mac, Android, IOS, Apple TV?
I have issues with the Apple TV Zwift app losing Bluetooth permissions and I have to uninstall/reinstall it about once per month.
Thanks, I’m using a Mac laptop - worked perfectly well pre 14 Feb update. I will try reinstalling the app on the Mac and see if that resolves the issue.
Sorry to hear that your Tacx Neo 2T isn’t connecting to Zwift. I’m a Zwift tech support agent, so I was able to take a quick look at your account and setup.
It looks like your Mac may not meet the minimum requirements for Zwift due to having not enough RAM. The minimum requirements for RAM are 8 GB. That shouldn’t have anything to do with device pairing, however, so it could be that you just need to reset the Bluetooth module.
Try the troubleshooting in this article, and see if it helps.
Otherwise, try all the steps in this article.
If all else fails, you can try using the Zwift Companion (ZC) app as as a BLE bridge to pair your devices as explained in this article, or try using ANT+ to pair (if you have an ANT+ dongle and USB extension cord) as explained in this article.
Hope that helps!
Thank you @Steven_D , that’s really helpful. I will give that a go and consider a laptop upgrade!
It’s not the reason for your problem, save your money.
