Signed up two days ago - want to revoke sign-up

Hi,

 

i signed up yesterday and realized that my trainer is not compatible. I might get a new trainer later but I would like to revoke the sign-up so that I can use my 14 day trian and strava Connection benefits at a later date when I have a smart trainer and can get the full benefit of the account.

Maybe you can just sign-up with another email address when you have a compatible trainer?

I would rather use the one I have. Surely I must have time to change my mind in 48 hours and revoke my account.

Than you have to submit a ticket with your request.

Hi Karolina,

If you haven’t ridden in Zwift yet then the trial doesn’t start. Since you were having trouble with your equipment, most likely the trial is still just waiting for you :slight_smile:

Have you actually ridden anywhere yet? Your 14 day trial only starts counting down once you’ve actually started riding in the virtual world so if you’ve not done that yet then it’ll still be on 14 days / 50km.

Easy way to check is to log in to the website and see what it says.
