How can i share a custom workout I’ve made on an iPad with someone else please?

Thanks Ron. But I’m not sure I can find that file on my iPad?

You can find the file by hooking up your iPad to iTunes, and we’ve included instructions in our workouts article. I’ll update the article Ron linked with this information as well.
