Sector stats on Grade not showing up

Hi team, the sector stats are not showing up for me when i do the grade segment… I’ve completed elevation evaluation ×2 in the last 4 weeks… trying to get my ftp…and it didn’t show up… could please investigate? I’m using Windows pc… cheers

In the in-ride settings have you got leaderboards set to ‘Always’?

If so, set them to ‘Automatic’ and all should be well.
