Screenshot is black

Hey guys, I need help. When I take a screenshot, it came out black. How can I fix this issue?

I’ve noticed this from time to time as well, does not always happen though. I’ve always just downplayed it to being either a slow wifi connection or under spec’d laptop.

Thanks, I replace my laptop and the issue was gone.
