Samsung Tab S6 - install error

Hi
Really disappointed got a shiny new tablet went to install zwift from play store and I get an error - file missing please reinstall I’ve done this many times but no solution

Is there something wrong with the APK in the play store or compatibility with samsung android tablet ?

Hi @James_Gillespie welcome to Zwift forums.

The Samsung Tab S series are known not to work. The Android FAQ has more information.

The Zwift website says if you can see the app on the Play store it should work ?

If you’re not able to find the Zwift app in the from your Android® device, it’s not compatible with Zwift."

hi i have used tab s6 for over a year and no issues what so ever just ensure no other blue tooth devices working and location is on when using
