did any of you at Zwift HQ find a fix on this?
I use MS Wireless Desktop Adapter + Samsing A21s and its running smoothly; but when, for some reason, the phone disconnects to the adapter and the mirroring stops, Zwift app crashes. super frustrating.
I experienced the same drop yesterday, using Samsung SmartView for the first time.
My basic configuration is Zwift Android running on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 connected via Bluetooth to a Saris M2 Smart Trainer, which is the power source, cadence, and controllable for Zwift Android.
After successfully pairing the M2 Smart Trainer to Zwift Android, along with my Garmin 735XT (for heart rate), whenever I attempted the Samsung SmartView connection to mirror Zwift Android from my Samsung tablet to my Samsung TV, Zwift would intermittently lose the Power Source and Cadence connection. Meaning I would see “no connection” for a few seconds before the connection re-established. The outcome was my cycling avatar would not move no matter which Zwift ride I selected.
After several attempts at restarting my Samsung tablet (both restart and shutdown) and unplugging my Saris M2 Smart Trainer, and still getting the intermittent “no connection” message on Zwift, I simply stopped using SmartView.
If there is a fix (even a work around) to get Zwift onto my Samsung TV, I would appreciate the help!!
I was sent here by Zwift’s Advanced Technical Support Team…are there any solutions? Any time I turn on/off screen mirroring, Zwift restarts. For reference, I’m using a Galaxy Tablet S7+, Android version 12. I’m connecting to a Samsung Roku TV.
