While looking at a list of routes in a world it would be nice to have the ability to sort by Newest so it would make it easy to discover new routes seeing them listed one after the other. I basically only Zwift in the Spring/Summer so there’s usually new routes when I get back into it, and there’s not a way to easily see what’s new in-game (as far as I know).
There should be a mark to tell you if you’ve done the route, or not, which could provide some insight as to whether the route is new, or not, presuming you’ve done all, or most, of the existing routes.
If you use the routes tab in the Companion App you can find all the routes you’ve not yet done, add them to your plan and, if you want, schedule them on the calendar. Then they’ll appear in-game on the home screen.
I think that’s a different way of getting pretty much to where you wanted to be.
It’s probably better to use the hack of “just watch” when starting Zwift, then go to the pause screen and click the achievements icon and that will really show you ALL route badges, including the deliberately hidden ones.
At least until Zwift decides to fix that loophole.
