Route completion notification- serpentine 8

Hi,
I just finished serpentine 8, labelled 19km, my ride was 24km and I didn’t get the notification. Thought I past way the lead in to this one. Is there a way Zwift can fix my ride so I get the achievement?

You probably didn’t ride far enough. You have to go under the start/finish arch three times. This catches out a lot of people.

That’s cause the route is longer with the lead in. It is 19.2km for the official route plus a 7.3km lead in for a total of 26.5km to get the badge.
