I checked on the Companion App, I started well before the lead in / start and went way past the supposed finish marker.

Q: Can I earn route achievements when riding with a RoboPacer?
A: Yes, however, there are a few things to keep in mind:
To earn a route achievement, you must join a RoboPacer from the Home Screen. You won’t earn the route achievement if you join a RoboPacer from another ride.
You must pass the route start point and complete the entire route from that point before you’ll earn the route achievement. If you join a RoboPacer when they’re part way through the route, you’ll have to ride more than the route distance.
The route progress bar doesn’t display when you’re riding with a RoboPacer, but, you can see where the RoboPacer is on the route map—RoboPacer Icon this icon—when you select the route tile from the Home Screen. The orange circle on the map indicates the route start point.
I looked at your server logs and noticed you have a habit of logging in to Zwift on your
Samsung tablet logging out properly (meaning a save-and-exit or trash-and-exit). When you do that, the server isn’t sure if the app is it leaves the prior session open for a period of time to allow for recoveries form app crashes / hangs.
This situation is similar to concurrent logins to Zwift from two different devices - the server gets confused which session you intend to be active, so you might not get credited for route badges / XP / distance / elevation / a host of other symptoms.
To avoid this situation:
Always trash and exit if you don’t intend to complete the session.
Get in the habit of force-closing the Zwift app after each session. Here’s how on Anrdroid devices. This purges the temp files and promotes good app hygiene so the game runs better on your tablet.
Thanks for the response. Ah ok, yes, i have logged back in quickly to check something. I wont do that anymore, thanks for the info, good to know. I’ve done that to check pacers locations.
Am i able to get these badges and XP awarded for these times ?, or do i have to do the routes again ?.
I rode Shisa Shakedown yesterday in a group ride. At the end it said route complete however I received no badge or bonus xp. I checked the list of routes with badges and it was listed as “new”. I have never had this happen before on a route. Any thoughts on what went wrong? Thanks.
