Road to Sky distance ( Meet-up )?

I’m trying to hit a certain number at the top of the Road to Sky, but I get different distances.:

Free ride, according to ZI.: 17.3Km
Club meet-up.: 17.6Km
ZCA meet-up 18.5Km

Anyone that can confirm the numbers ?

It depend on the spawn point you can be spawned in a certain radius.

Rather time from the beginning of the climb.
