Rides don't load, app hangs on load screen - MacOS 26.2 / Mac Studio M1MAx

Can’t actually use zwift as the rides won’t load. Any pointers beyond, re-install, dump preferences etc.

Does the freeze happen right after you’ve selected a route and the ride screen is loading, or earlier? When the issue occurs, does the app close itself automatically, or does it remain stuck until you force‑quit and restart?

In the meantime, since you’re running macOS 26.2 on your Mac Studio M1 Max, can you try updating your system to the latest version of macOS Tahoe 26.3 to see if this helps?
