unfortunately since I got my new macbook this year I can’t zwift with it anymore. Graphic errors and app crashes as soon as I want to go to any route or map. Doesn’t matter which route or which type of ride. Can’t access anything as the app is crashing all the time.
I tried to delete the logs, update zwift, delete app, download again…
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. It looks like visual elements aren’t loading correctly. One possible reason is a network blockage like a firewall setting or a possibly a VPN/proxy server getting in the way. Please take a look at this support article to see if any of those situations apply to your Mac.
I peeked at your server logs and see you’re troubleshooting with an iPhone 16, and that seems to be working ok, please confirm? If that’s the case - is the iPhone connecting to the internet using the same WiFi router, or its own cell data? This might help you determine if it’s a network issue with your LAN or not.
Lastly - I know you’ve already uninstalled / reinstalled. The usual OS uninstall might not remove everything. We recommend this re-installation process if you’d like to give that a try.
