I signed up for a WBR group event and instead of following the course, my avatar went straight through buildings, into the air, through trees etc, eventually finding the course well apart from the group and taking a different route up Box hill (thus, I was not competitive in this race 
)
I tried to submit a ticket through help but got a “Something went wrong” error there after submitting, hence, I am instead posting on the forum to see if anyone can figure out what happened.
