Where exactly are you seeing the “Error code RESULT_CODE_KILLED_BAD_MESSAGE”? Is this happening on the Zwift launcher when you attempt to open Zwift or is it happening when you try to access the Zwift website at zwift.com?
From what I’ve found, the “Error code RESULT_CODE_KILLED_BAD_MESSAGE” is something that sometimes happens on browsers like MS Edge or Google Chrome. The suggested troubleshooting from Chrome can be found here.
