Just received a new wahoo kickr core with Zwift cog and when trying to install it for the first time it makes this noise one the cog. It looks like the chain is making the noise when trying to fit in the cog tooth.
Chain seems to be ok but from the above it looks like it’s too loose?

I’m sorry to hear that your Zwift Cog is making that noise. Thank you for sharing the video and the information with us. How many gears does your bike have? Additionally, could you please check the condition of the rear derailleur and hanger to ensure they are not bent or damaged?

The chain was worn out, I replaced it with a new one and it’s all good now! thanks
