Crashed on me just before completing lap, lost my data. Running windows 10 on surface pro 3. Did this repeatedly about a month ago then after updates worked well.

Hi Jon,
Your best bet would be to submit a support ticket and include the log files from that ride (found in Documents\Zwift\Logs). That way we can track the issue better.

I road today for the first time in a few weeks and took forever for Zwift to find my Kick’r…
Once i got riding, the ride just shut down about 5 mins… started again and lasted about 20 mins before it just froze up…
Not the best first ride after using Bkool for the last few months.
