Problème étalonnage

Bonjour,

Je n’arrive pas à étalonner mon Elite Suito que ce soit par l’application myETraining ou par Zwift.
J’ai suivi les étapes dans l’ordre suivant :

  1. Mise à jour de mon HT via l’application Elite Upgrado
  2. Utiliser mon HT pendant au moins 10 min
  3. Tentative d’étalonnage via myETraining
  4. Echec de l’étape “atteindre la vitesse cible” alors que je pédale à la vitesse demandée
  5. Tentative d’étalonnage via Zwift
  6. Je reste bloqué à l’étape 3 “Continuer de rouler à la vitesse de”

Je suis frustré car j’ai un écart de 60W sur ma FTP de mon capteur de puissance Quarq et celle de Zwift.
Pouvez-vous m’aider car je désespère fortement ?

If you can’t calibrate it using the Elite app, you should contact Elite support.

Thanks for your answer.
I used the Elite app on my laptop and my phone. After an hour’s effort, I managed to calibrate with the smartphone app. Then I tried again to calibrate with Zwift (laptop and phone) but I’m still stuck at step 3.
Still the same problem.

If you calibrate using the Elite app, you do not need to calibrate using Zwift. If you do that, it will erase the calibration you did using the Elite app. No trainer should be calibrated using Zwift unless there is no alternative. The calibration is saved to the trainer.
