Power zones not syncing with training peaks? Mac

Any idea why the zones are not mapping across correctly? For example the warm-up 2 at 205 watts is ok yet the Hard x4 is showing 285 watts and not 272 watts?

Are your FTP set the same in TP and Zwift.
