so I’m using an old Performance Travel Trac 2000 fluid trainer. I tried using the Performance Travel Trac Comp Fluid and I got mad wattage (200+ watt going really easy)… Using the unlisted option I think give me a more realistic virtual power (similar to what Strava estimate on my real ride). I wonder if anyone got recommendation on what trainer have equivalent power curve? Or should I stick with using the Travel Trac Comp Fluid?
I have never use power meter, so my current reference is the estimate power generated from Strava.
