PC Bluetooth Connected 'No Connection' after latest update

I’ve been running Zwift on the same PC for the last two years. After the latest update everything connects and then says ‘No Connection’. I’ve un-installed / reinstalled Zwift, restarted app, removed all items from my Bluetooth devices and nothing seems to work.

When I boot up Zwift on my iPhone or Android device everything works normally. I’d prefer to use it on my PC. Any additional troubleshooting steps I can perform?
