PC application crashing while disconnecting one of the displays

Hello!

I just realized that desktop app (1920x1080 windowed) is just turning off (crashing?) without any information/error if one of my displays loses connection (loose or broken HDMI cable for example and changing view from 2 displays to single).
Crash causes to lose whole session statistics without any chance to recover.

I have saved event viewer logs on my computer, but I am unable to find how to attach them here.

Hi @Maciej_Gruchala welcome to Zwift forums.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. This sounds like an issue specific to your computer that needs a one on one investigation of your log files.

Please go to zwift.com/contact-us to get in touch with one of my colleagues. If you write that you have a crash and need to email us your logs, that should get you where you need to go more quickly.

BTW - plain text files like logs are not uploadable to the forum because of the malware risk. When you’re in touch with one of my colleagues, you can attach them to an email instead.
