How do I pause a ride in Zwift, as I take a 5 -10 minutes rest?
You can’t specifically pause a ride. But you should be able to just get off your trainer and come back to it later on. As long as the Zwift app is still running you can have a break for as long as you want - but check that your trainer hasn’t gone to sleep if it’s been a while (you can re-pair it if necessary).
