Hi, yesterday I completed a 52 mile outdoor ride but it’s not showing on the companion app, it’s uploaded on Strava etc from my Wahoo Elemnt Roam. Its always uploaded in the past, including twice this week, so checking to see if anyone else is having this issue?
Can you see the ride in the Wahoo app? I believe if you either manually or automatically upload a ride to the Wahoo app, and you’ve linked your Wahoo account to Zwift on the connections page, it should upload. Disconnecting and reconnecting external accounts also sometimes helps.
I haven’t heard of any widespread problems currently but sometimes it takes a little time for enough reports to roll in to establish a pattern. There are always a few people having problems, so it remains to be seen if a herd of people show up reporting the same problem.
Yesterday Wahoo had a cloud issue.
It should be resolved by now.
I have the same issue. My outdoor rides showed up last week, but my ride from yesterday (Saturday) does not show up in the Zwift companion app. I recorded via Wahoo Elemnt Bolt v2. It uploaded to Strava, TP, Intervals.icu and is there in the Wahoo app. Just does not upload to Zwift.
I disconnected and reconnected in settings/connections of the Zwift companion app to no avail.
I went for an 135km outdoor ride last Tuesday, and it’s viewable on my Strava but it didn’t appear on the Zwift Companion app. I disconnected Strava from the app and reconnected. But no luck. I emailed zwift and got a very quick reply (ai) that said …
If you were expecting your outdoor Strava rides to appear in Zwift Companion due to previous behavior, it’s possible there was a misunderstanding or a change in how Zwift Companion displays activities. Currently, Zwift Companion does not import all Strava activities.
