Order status inquiry

Where can I get some response on my order status? I put in an order for Zwift smart frame 2 weeks ago and the frame hasn’t even gotten to UPS yet. The handlebars were delivered last week.

I emails orders@ twice, but that seems to be a black hole. Is there a phone number where I can get information about what is happening with my order?

Nope, you can try support@zwift.com but only send one email, sending follow up emails sends you to the back of the line.

The order confirmation said to contact orders@ so that’s what I tried.

Resent to support@. Got an acknowledgement back, which is a lot more comforting than dead silence.

update:

my order had something go wrong, the frame was not shipped. Support set up a replacement, which shipped and arrived yesterday. I now have a working setup, not having time to actually do a real ride for the next few days, but 2025 awaits
