Bit of a rant here, I placed an order for a Zwift bike plus wahoo kickr by mistake today. I was going between my HSA app and the Zwift page, looking at the HSA payment options and then going to make sure I was comfortable using those funds. I had logged into my shop account but didn’t plan to use that. Anyway, when on the payment page I toggled between my HSA app and the Zwift site, when I returned to Zwift it refreshed and charged my shop account. Not even 15 minutes later I was told by a phone representative for Zwift that my order can’t be cancelled. I have to return the damn thing myself when it arrives. Unreal that a company this large doesn’t have a cancel option. I take responsibility for being logged into shop, but I got in touch with Zwift literally 15 minutes after ordering. I should be able to cancel that.
Instead of returning yourself, maybe you can refuse the delivery?
