Only my account has been unable to connect to the network when logging in

After opening ZwiftApp, my most frequently used account would always show “Failed to log in. Check Internet connection” when logging in, no matter how many times I tried.

I used a newly registered account and another account to test login, and both login successfully. Only the account that I use frequently cannot log in and show cannot connect network.

My network is good. I can surf the Internet or log in zwift website. The account password is also correct. I tried changing the password, but it still doesn’t work. Help!
