Can you explain what you tried to do and what happened? Were you already signed up for the event but couldn’t get into the pens? Or you could not sign up?
I was signed up.
I’d joined my race pen fine at 1643 to reserve a spot at the front.
But no events listed on the event page at ~1710.
I tried unchecking then re-checking my race in Companion, that made it appear in “for you” section of home page, but trying to join race simply put me in Richmond freeriding.
Joined Watopia to find others had experienced similar.
Events page in Zwift now populated again, will do a quick test to try and join Crit Club that starts in few minutes.
Crit race worked, few in there who had same issue for their signups around 1710, weird!
When that happens its usually because the A cat group has already started a minute or 2 before your start time. The event should show up in the events tab to join,.. I see this is TTT all the time
I was signed up for the 17:10 160 - 210 TdZ event.
MacOS, latest client
Same thing happened to me on the same race but in the 510-690 category. Tried on the computer and phone, restarted, etc and nothing worked. Had to wait until the next hour’s race.
Hi my 5pm event did not appear in the events section when I signed in a 4:50 pm. I signed out of Swift completely and signed back in but still no events appeared. I ended up doing a robo ride instead.
Maco is latest update.
Happened to me today around 12pm EST. Logged in but no events appeared on the dashboard nor on the events tab. Seems to have been resolved now though
Have ZwiftHQ got any idea what caused this and how to prevent it happening again?
Hi all,
Thank you for the reports about this recent issue. I’ve flagged it up for investigation at Zwift HQ. Support contacts were sparse enough that this seemed like a number of local network issues and the issue resolved quickly for those affected. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you experience this again any time soon.
