Official Zwift 3D-printed bar mounts for Zwift Click v2 [October 2025]

There is an alternative mount for drop bar bikes on makerworld dot com with the title Zwift Click STI Handlebar mount.

That is cool…I need to get a printer. I have been telling my wife I need one :grin:

@shooj, would it be possible to also release the STL file for the lockring for Zwift Cog? Mine gets loose but I am worried that if I tighten it too much, it will crack (like it happened to me twice in the past). It would be great to have the option to just print a backup.

I would not print that. Get one made of steel or aluminum or use one that came with an old cassette. Most bike shops will have a drawer full of them because the cassette wears out but the lockring does not so they end up with many spares. Those will be less breakable than a 3D printed plastic version. You can also buy a spare Shimano cassette lockring on Amazon but it’s probably not necessary. Everyone who discards a worn cassette has an extra lockring.

@Martin_Skapa
Sorry to hear that the plastic lockring cracked! This simplest solution for most Zwifters is to contact the Zwift Support Team to ask for a spare lockring (assuming they are in the EU / UK / US regions served by the Zwift Shop).

As Paul suggested, you can also use a metal cassette lockring - most bike shops will have extras on hand. Either way - we recommend ~ 5 Nm of torque as embossed into the Zwift lockring to prevent stress on it, or the plastic Zwift Cog parts.

For context: 5 Nm is a little more than hand-tight, and a guideline rather than an absolute. Certainly no more than 10 Nm and definitely not the 40 Nm recommended by SRAM and Shimano when used with their conventional (metal) cassettes.

Thanks for the tips. Yes I do have one spare from my old cassette :+1:

This is my hack for the clicks. I ride on the hoods so like to keep them handy for my fingers.

Tried on the inside and outside of the drops, but having big fat fingers I kept hitting wrong buttons.

I’ve now mounted them on top of the brake hoods, I don’t use my brakes on the trainer. :grin:.

They are readily available for fingers :love_you_gesture: and :-1: to click and I can actually see what I’m pressing.

No extra items needed for the mount here.. :+1::+1:
