Hi all,
I completed my first ride today after 8/9 weeks out injured. However the ride hasn’t saved, granted it was a 10min ride at very low wattage. Can anyone share any tips?

Was it less than 2km? Rides don’t save unless they’re 2km or more.
I didn’t know that!
It must have been, I’m recovering from a broken hip. 10 mins at an average 27watts

Sorry to hear your activity wasn’t saved. After checking your account, I see today’s activity didn’t save because the distance was 1.759 KM. Please note that rides must be 2.0 km (1.25 mi.) or longer and runs at least 0.8 km (.5 mi.) to upload. Please check this article for more information.
