I used to get notifications on my iPhone from other apps (email, messages, etc) while zwifting. But this stopped several months ago and I can’t find a reason why. I do not have any Focus set up and have not otherwise silenced notifications anywhere.
iPhone for Zwift
Apple Watch for heart rate
iPad for Companion

There was a recent release that added new Focus and changed some of the behaviors of once I didn’t know I had. So even though you don’t have any setup, might check anyways?
(My wife was upset that I was ignoring her… some Focus mode removed “VIPs” from messaging me while using Zwift.)
