This morning the app launcher will not work. I was riding last night with all the updates and this morning the launcher will not open the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but Nothing it happening.
The app is launching on my phone but not on my laptop. However, not phone wont find anyone of my HR monitors, even went the garmin watch is already connected to the phone??
I need help or hot fixes fast, missed to Paris Rs as its taken that long to get to the point to ask for help.
If the launcher is broken, you could try removing %TEMP%\..\Zwift\launcher\webview
Exactly what happens when you run the launcher? Do you get as far as the login window?

I still cant get in. The login window is up, I click the button to play and it closes and the game do not launch.
When you re-installed the game, did you remove all the folders mentioned in this support article?
What is the make/model of your laptop? Does it have a model ID on a sticker on the bottom?

Boringly…
When i uninstalled zwift, 6 files remained. And weren’t reinstalled with the new installation. These files were “running” i needed to reset the pc and manually delete each in the folder then install again
