I’m using a PC. I’ve been unsuccessful Launching the app. I’ve updated drivers to current levels, restarted my PC multiple times, and also re-installed the app 4 times. Nothing has worked. I am “logged in” but when “let’s go” the app, the launcher window appears and then disappears and I’m left at the launcher screen again, and this happens multiple times until nothing happens at all.
I think this is the sign that the Zwift servers cannot be reached. Try rebooting your router, then any extenders you might be using, then your pc/device. Make sure you only have the app installed on one device to avoid potential clashes.
What kind of PC are you using? I have heard some similar reports from people using machines with a Snapdragon ARM64 CPU which is not supported by Zwift as it is the wrong CPU architecture.
Rebooted the modem and router and still have the same issue.
Same PC I’ve been using for zwift the past 5 years. Intel.
Exactly the same issue, happened after downloading an update on the Zwift spalsh screen today.
Did an uninstall, reinstall, restarted Windows, and I did actually get into the game. However, I couldn’t get the Companion App to connect (see my previous posts in another thread), so stupidly exited and tried to go back into the game, but ran into the same loop described by the OP.
I know its not my end as:
Same set up as for the last four years
I got into the game once
In my frustration I downloaded MyWhoosh as I wanted to ride, and that worked perfectly (albeit I found it’s not as good as Zwift)
OK that’s good to hear. First thing, when you reinstalled the game, did you follow all the steps in this document? Re-Installing Zwift
One more step you can do that will reset some of the launcher data is to delete this directory:
%TEMP%\..\Zwift\launcher\webview
If you contact support, they can look at your logs and possibly say why the game is crashing or not starting. If they see evidence of a game crash, one of the first things they will recommend is updating the video drivers for your GPU. If you tell me what the GPU is I may have suggestions for what to try.
