Not able to log into account

After uninstalling it from windows 10, now I am having problems to install zwift back…

WLAN and mobile connection dont’t work for me, VPN via US works

Same here in Austria (my ISP = A1) … regarding to Zwift website (https://status.zwift.com/) there are issues connecting from some european ISPs

Probably a Internet Exchange node, like Amsterdam or Rotterdam, where the EU traffic goes into the sea cable to the US.
UK has their own sea cable.

same problem here on Windows PC and companion App is very slow

Same problem - no connection possible. Tried with MacBook / iPad / iPhone. Yesterday everything was fine…

So it impacts Swisscom in Switzerland. If I switch to SALT my mobile data provider it works fine.
It would appear that it cant get to secure.zwift.com If I use SALT and sign in and then switch back to my Swisscom connection afterwards it still works. Now to try and find that wifi dongle for my PC so I can use it on the big screen. Tried to log a fault ticket with ISP but they wanted to charge me 160chf an hour…

Same issue after download update v.1.0.49821. Can’t log in from Ukraine:(

Same in Turkey. Apple TV, iOS, macOS tried all but doesnt work

Hey there. When i tried to login from Apple TV today it freezes on the login screen that circle next to my name keeps turning a general problem or just for me?

Hallo Zwift friends,

never had a problem with zwif in more than.2 years
I use it on a MacBook Air
this morning the app has downloaded some new version and now I can’t enter anymore
it continues to appear a messagge as follows
“you are logged in but no course available. Check your internet connection”.

I’ve tried to login with another user: doesn’t work
I’ve tried to reinstall the app from zero: doesn’t work
I’ve tried to switch to a second internet connection: doesn’t work

which can be the problem ?

Same issue here, tried 3 different devices - this is becoming too frequent

Same here in Belgium. Impossible to connect, missed my race this morning… :angry:

The best work-around that was written here, was to use a VPN connection. I downloaded “ProtonVPN” (free usage for 7 days), connected to a server in the US, and indeed… I can Zwift again. I hope this issue won’t take longer than 7 days. I’m located in Belgium, and my provider is Proximus.

And now also companion and zwift access on internet do not work :flushed::flushed:

rumors say that there was a massive “Hacker” attack to some crucial backbone of the net. Just take care in using VPN free or similar, only few are really safe about your data, many of them store in your PC/Mac trojans in order to use your connection for gathering data from the web. Some of them also easily stole all your data from your pc/mac.
