What a noisy thing!
I have bought a complete set up and it has such a noisy rattling noise i am thinking of returning it and going out riding at night again.
Any tips?

I assume you mean the Zwift Ride and Kickr core? It shouldn’t be “noisy” by any trainer noise standard. Could you explain what is being noisy? There could be an issue with the setup or the trainer could be faulty.

Yes it is the Zwift Ride and Kickr core, and the sound seems to come from the orange bit at the back.
It could be installed incorrectly so you should work with support@zwift.com to find out what is wrong.
I had a similar issue…very noisy.
I found out the cause…. One of the stickers (chevron) was slightly raised and had become slightly debonded. This was the cause! Made the kickr very very loud…like a wind tunnel
The orange bit is most likely the Zwift Cog. The latest version has the possibility to adjust the sprocket position. That may help if the noise is caused by the adjustment being slightly off.
