I did get as far as the menu screen, but when I clicked ‘ride’, the Zwift window went away, and my desktop came back. I can still hear the sounds, and task manager shows that ZwiftApp is running, but there is no Zwift window to be seen on either display. This is on Windows 11.
did you restart after the update. Did you change your main display settings?
I did not restart after the update, but I restarted after getting no video. I still got no video.
I did not change my main display settings.
Uninstalling and reinstalling Zwift fixed the problem.

Do you sometimes switch from 1 to 2 (or more) displays on your computer? It seems like the video went on a “ghost” display.
You can try this. It never happened to me on Zwift, but did on some other apps on my work computer.
- Hover your mouse on the Zwift app on the taskbar. There should be a “preview” window appearing.
- Hold CTRL + Right click on the preview window.
- Click on “Maximize”
It should make your app appear on the screen.
Hope that helps!
