No sound on video clips (Apple TV G3)

Hi all,

Anyone else have a sound issue when your ride video clips have been uploaded?

I have no sound in any of the clips (going on2 weeks now) and also some clips only play on Strava for like 5 or 7 secs and then go back to the start)

Was expecting a seamless upload since I got my G3 Apple TV.

My game play sound setting is mid level.

Anything I can do to fix it?

Mine have sound, but I’m not on Apple TV.

There was a previous report like yours some months ago.

There was also a report of truncated videos on Strava. I don’t use Strava so I have no direct experience with that.

Thanks Paul, I’ve deleted Zwift and reloaded it again and still have the same issue. Kinda annoying now.

You could also try a factory reset of the ATV but I have no idea if it would help. Could also contact support since staff aren’t very engaged here.

I went through an extensive back and forth with them on this bug. They have no idea what’s wrong and they don’t really care. That’s the feeling I got.

I just miraculously got sound on the video for the last activity. I don’t know if this is a solution but unrelated to this (had a very low sound on Max app) I changed the Audio Format to “ON” and changed settings to Dolby Digital 5.1. I have no idea if this did the trick but it might be worth trying.
