No signal from my garmin dual HRM

Hi Mark, I’m bumping this old comment on purpose; would REALLY appreciate an update from you. Is it still working? After your [defective?] HRM was replaced, have you had any subsequent instances of ‘No Signal’, even once? Or no, 100% fine? Thank you SO much! Really struggling with this, esp as we are now into freezing temps here and almost 100% restricted to indoor riding!!!

I can confirm that the problem with connecting Garmin HRM Dual still exists, I´m struggling right now.
I´m using a with Windows 10 and get the «Connected - no signal» status. I´ve tried it while any other device with Bluetooth is shut down, but still the same status. I but another
I now have ordered a Ant+ dongle. I hope that will work.

same problem, using Zwift on my iPhone8.
Brand new HRM Dual, it connects but then no signal… Same problem with an other HRM Dual already returned to Amazon.
I’m thinking to try the 4iiii band?!?:thinking:

I am having the same problem with my Garmin dual HRM, it connects to our rowing machine just fine but not to Zwift. I am using a new iPad air & iPhone 12 pro. It’s so frustrating!

Is it possible that the Dual is still connected to the rower, also? Or possibly that it is connected directly to the iPad/iPhone through the Bluetooth settings, as opposed to through Zwift?
