How are you meant to do the required recovery rides if they’re not available? I’ve completed the first three workouts.
The recovery rides do not start until the 3rd week of Zwift academy(Tomorrow I believe they start).
Recovery Rides will commence Sept 13th at 12am PDT or 9am Central Europe times.
Please use your Companion App to book your ride under Academy events or at Zwift Academy 2022 events.
